OTX Ranch is a Retreat and Event venue located within the beautiful Texas Hill Country in Bandera, TX!

We can accommodate groups of up to 500 people. Each cabin sleeps 18 people. Please contact us directly for up to date availability.

Yes, meals are provided for all overnight guests. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a variety of menu options to accommodate dietary restrictions. Special requests (such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies) can be made at the time of booking.

Yes, wi-fi is available in the main areas of OTX Ranch.

You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. However, please note that food is not allowed in the cabins and must be kept in the Dining Hall.

Many of our outdoor activities, such as hiking, swimming, and team sports, are included with your stay. Some specialized activities (e.g., water activities, high ropes course) may have an additional fee. Please contact us directly for more details.

Check-in: 3:00 PM or later.

Check-out: 11:00 AM or earlier. 

If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.

We recommend packing the following items:

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.
  • Sturdy shoes for hiking and sports.
  • A sleeping bag or twin sized bedding.
  • Personal toiletries (toothbrush, sunscreen, insect repellent, etc.).
  • Water bottle.
  • Rain gear (for unpredictable weather).

For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.

We monitor weather conditions and will always prioritize guest safety. In the event of severe weather, certain outdoor activities may be temporarily closed, but we offer plenty of indoor alternatives like arts and crafts, games, and movies.
